These General Terms and Conditions of LaMano Jewellery KIG, Riehenring 65 as seller and you as customer apply to all orders placed in the LaMano online store (www.lamano-jewellery.com) as well as to those purchases for which LaMano Jewellery KIG declares these General Terms and Conditions to be applicable.
Scope of application
The GTC apply to all services provided by LaMano Jewellery KIG in the online store (www.lamano-jewellery.com) and become valid upon conclusion of a contract. The deliveries, services and offers of LaMano Jewellery KIG are exclusively based on these GTC, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again. By sending an order to LaMano Jewellery KIG you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and expressly agree to them.
All information on goods and prices within the order process are subject to change and non-binding. Orders are binding for customers. Accordingly, orders can neither be changed nor canceled. For orders, customers receive a non-binding confirmation from the seller. The contract with the seller comes into effect only with the notification of shipment. With your order you confirm that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Questions in this context can therefore be clarified in advance with us.
Shipping
All prices are listed in Swiss francs.
Returns
Change of mind
As we are a small design house and custom make most of our orders, LaMano is not able to provide refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We hope you understand!
Replacement/exchange for incorrect size
However, if you feel the item you have purchased is not the right size, we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement as best we can. Given each item is hand made, we may not be able to replace your item with the identical product (although we will try our best to do so). If we cannot, we will offer you an alternative style in the size you require. If you are unsure on sizing before you purchase please contact@lamano-jewellery.com
Please note, however, that we are unable to provide replacements for custom made orders.
Returns process and applicable conditions
LaMano will provide a replacement for incorrect size on the following conditions:

A request for a replacement based on incorrect size must be made within 7 days of purchase;

The request must be accompanied by proof of purchase (your original receipt)

Your item must be undamaged, unworn (other than to try on for the size) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure your request complies with the above conditions and notify you by email of the outcome of our inspection. If your request is approved, we will notify you of the arrangements for delivery of your replacement. Our processing of returns may take up to 14 days, and delivery times for your replacement item will depend on your location.
Please note that the following conditions also apply if you request a replacement:

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item to us. When we send your replacement, A 25 processing fee (CHF) 35 (Outside CHF) will be processed using your original method of payment. Please contact@lamano-jewellery.com for further information.

You are responsible for any loss or damage you incur as a result of returning your original purchase to us. In particular, LaMano is not liable for the loss of, or any damage to, your original item during its transit back to our studio. If the item is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refuse the offer of a replacement. For these reasons, we recommend that you send your original item back to us using a traceable postal or courier service.

For international returns, LaMano is not liable for any duties or customs related charges that you may incur in your home country. Our prices do not include any foreign duties or customs related charges, as these are out of our control.
Defective item
Please note that our policy set out above in relation to incorrect size replacements does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Swiss Consumer Law.
If you believe your item has a defect, you may have rights under the Swiss Consumer Law to a repair, replacement or refund (depending on the nature of the defect). Should you have a concern about your item, please contact us at contact@lamano-jewellery.com
Jewellery Care
LaMano jewellery is made exclusively from fine metals, Sterling Silver and Gold. Each piece has been designed in keeping with the studios timeless aesthetic with an intention to last. Each piece is handmade with unique textures and finishes and should be handled with care.
Marketing
It is hereby expressly pointed out that LaMano Jewellery KIG cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages of the customer, as far as LaMano Jewellery KIG has not caused damages intentionally or by gross negligence. So in particular damages from accidents, etc. which occur from the handling of hardware, are in your own responsibility.
Change AGB
LaMano Jewellery KIG explicitly reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Applicable law/court of jurisdiction
In any case, the relationship between you and LaMano Jewellery KIG is subject to Swiss law according to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. The application of the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention ("United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods") is expressly excluded.
